- Maintain Accurate Records: Document customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to the improvement of overall customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and event teams to ensure seamless customer support throughout campaigns and promotions.
- Uphold Standards: Adhere to company guidelines to maintain consistent, high-quality communication and service during all customer interactions.
