Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in a call center customer service role, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to all customers and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in data entry, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to enter information accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience with email correspondence, demonstrating strong written communication skills and the ability to respond to customer queries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
  • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating the ability to multitask and handle a diverse range of customer queries.
  • Ability to schedule appointments effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, demonstrating a proficiency in using this platform to manage customer relationships and data.
