APN Consulting has an immediate need for a direct client requirement: Role: Salesforce Project Manager Duration: FTE Location: Alexandria VA or remote is acceptable Work Authorization: US Citizen Overview We have an urgent need for a Project Manager with Salesforce implementation experience.
The project is modernization of a mission critical legacy solution to a low code/no code solution. Candidate must have a PMP or Prince2 certification. Requirement 5-7 years Technical Project Management, at least 2 years of experience managing business application implementation and enhancement projects.
In-depth expertise of using Process Builders and Flows Partner with stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership team. Experience building partnerships and delivering large-scale cross-functional programs. An ability to hit the ground running and figure things out with minimal supervision.
Know the difference between waterfall and agile, and when it's appropriate to use each methodology. Understanding of COTS CRM implementation and business processes and lifecycle. Experience working in environments that handle sensitive data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, technical, and subject matter experts.
Gather and document business requirements to better understand the client's business and scope of work and be able to translate business requirements into data models and platform services. Actively participate in the designing, developing, implementing and administering future state processes.

Prototype and refine the implementation based on client feedback. Customer-oriented focus with strong verbal and written communication. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with modernization experience with federal projects is a huge plus
