Experience Level: Senior Level

Must be detail-oriented, highly accurate, and a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment. The finance group, which provides support to the Firm, it's partners and managing directors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Working with tax advisors on strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Plan and review of federal and state tax with scheduling of K-1s
• Review income tax returns for various individual, partnership and fiduciary entities for the family office
• Researching tax related issues
• Manage team with special projects on an as-needed basis

• Identifying and managing risks to the private

• Ensuring that all tax compliance comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, bill payments, and cash flow management.
• Coordinating with third-party providers
• Preparing financial statements

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or economics; CPA a plus
• 6+ years of tax experience, (big 4 is a plus)
• Private Equity tax experience
• Understanding of tax basis, structure charts, at risk rules, passive activity rules, and basis limitations a plus
• Competency with Adobe and MS Office products, especially Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
