Digital Project Manager

• Manage and oversee digital projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
• Harness Atlassian Jira for project management, tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee backend development, ensuring all aspects are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Utilize Cloud Technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiencies.
• Manage the content on the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Implement CRM strategies to maintain and increase customer engagement.
• Utilize AB Testing to improve website functionality and user experience.
• Employ Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects and enhance team collaboration.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and reach a wider audience.
• Plan and execute campaigns effectively, ensuring all deliverables are met. • Must have proficiency in Atlassian Jira for tracking and managing projects.
• Experience in Backend Development is necessary to understand and manage technical aspects of projects.
• Should have knowledge of Cloud Technologies for efficient project execution and management.
• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) is required for managing and updating website content.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is necessary for managing customer interactions.
• Must have experience in AB Testing to optimize project outcomes.
• Agile Scrum experience is required for managing and executing projects in an agile environment.
• Should have a strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies for effective digital campaign planning.
• Experience in Campaign Planning is required to formulate, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Must be able to ensure that all project deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner.
