Job Description- Lead all aspects of the project life cycle from initiation to completion
- Ensure all project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time and budget constraints
- Manage a team of professionals and coordinate with contractors and suppliers
- Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans
- Design and maintain technical and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations
- Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff
- Collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders and suppliers

The Successful Applicant- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
