Our client, an innovative Commercial Litigation boutique firm located in Westchester County, NY is seeking an experienced, NY Barred, Commercial Litigation Attorney on a PART-TIME basis (approximately 20-25 hours a week, ideally 1 day a week in office).Job duties include conducting complex legal research, developing legal strategies, drafting briefs, motions, and other legal documents, and preparing for / assisting with depositions and trials. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commercial litigation experience (Big Law experience a plus), prior experience preparing for trials, the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and be immediately available for part-time / consultancy work.
