Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general ledger ensuring the accuracy of recorded transactions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements, cash accounts, and ledgers
• Assist with the processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Document financial transactions and maintain systematic records
• Aid in audits and resolve any audit findings
• Prepare and submit tax documents in a timely manner
• Implement and maintain administrative and financial procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Undertake special projects as needed
• Control and manage financial transactions and records using various software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations
• Familiarity with General Ledger management
• Ability to conduct Journal Entries
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Proficiency in NetSuite software
• Experience with Oracle software
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
• Familiarity with SAP software
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
