Job Description- Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive bids.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
- Evaluate historical data and market trends to improve accuracy and refine future estimates.
- Present estimates and cost proposals to leadership and stakeholders for approval and negotiation.

The Successful Applicant- Demonstrating extensive experience with hard bid estimating for commercial construction projects.
- Possessing strong analytical skills to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately.
- Excelling in communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Displaying proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
- Bringing a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
- Attractive compensation package (115k-135k)
