The ideal candidate for Rushdown is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be an engineer responsible for maintaining and building things related to game and backend builds and pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Improving build performance.
- Expertise with automated testing.
- Help implement new build pipelines and features.
- Put on your troubleshooting hat and diagnose game build failures.
- Increase reliability and observability of build systems.
- Available for on-call rotations.
- Strong interest in gaming.
- 2+ professional years creating/maintaining build systems for games built in Unreal Engine.
- Strong experience with scripting languages like Python or Groovy.
- XP with building content tools and pipelines.
- Positive attitude - willing to help others and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Strong communicator - proactive about unblocking yourself, asking questions, and navigating obstacles with a team.
- AWS experience.
- Jenkins Experience.
Benefits
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year- $300 yearly video game budget
