Alliance Global Solution is seeking a Drop Bury Technician in Smyrna, Tennessee, to join our team.

A Drop-Bury technician is self-motivated and carries high standards for quality of work. Technician supports our customers to bury and/or bore underground fiber drop cables to single-family, multi-family, and or commercial customers.

Alliance Global Solutions provides a company vehicle, gas card, tools, and uniforms!

Primary Position Duties:

• Bury drop to meet market specifications.
• Able to identify located utilities to avoid damages.
• Able to locate unmarked utilities and customers' equipment such as dog fences, irrigation systems, etc.
• Able to restore the jobsite to original conditions.
• Work to complete necessary tasks as assigned.
• Responsible for damages.

• Required to work outdoors in all types of weather and may be exposed to dust, fluctuating temperatures, and periodic high noise levels.
• Required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work the schedule, including overtime, as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication ability.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check (Required)
• All candidates must be able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces, and lift to 50 lbs. (Required)

Must live within 40 miles of the Smyrna, TN area

Required Experience:

Drop Bury or related: 1 year (Required)
