You will also be tasked with maintaining detail-oriented and technical knowledge in the field of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, adhering to IRS regulations and maintaining comprehensive employee records
• Handle employee timesheets, accurately documenting time off and overtime
• Administer employee benefit plans, ensuring prompt enrollment and contributions, processing administrative requests, and maintaining thorough records
• Perform accounting tasks for the Human Resource Department, including creating invoices within the company accounting system and generating necessary reports
• Maintain detail-oriented and technical knowledge by attending human resource seminars and workshops
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Human Resource Manager, understanding that job duties may alter from time to time without prior notice.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for HR-related tasks
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is mandatory
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential
• Proficiency in using Ceridian HR software
• Experience with Dayforce for HR management
• Demonstrated ability to handle benefit functions effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Compliance regulations and procedures within the Manufacturing industry
• Proven track record in managing effective Employee Relations
• Experience in handling Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) related matters.
