Job Description- Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
- Manage the budget and estimate costs
- Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
- Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
- Prepare reports regarding job status
- Resolve any problems that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate and communicate with other stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in the Property industry, specifically in Construction
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and team management skills
- An estimated salary range of $115,000 to $155,000 USD + competitive package
