Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal part in the day-to-day execution of B2C regulatory and customer communication campaigns. The role will support the Customer Communications team with planning, development, coordination, execution, and delivery of initiatives aimed at enhancing customer knowledge, satisfaction, and loyalty across a variety of channels.

The role is based in Bethpage, NY or Long Island City, NY.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the development of marketing tactics from concept to execution including direct mail, email, web, IVR, SMS, social, bill messaging, outage notifications, onboarding, educational materials, collateral and support videos
  • Writes creative briefs, reviews and guides asset development with clear and constructive feedback and socializes deliverables for approvals
  • Develops and/or updates clear, concise, convincing, and accurate FAQ articles with subject matter experts
  • Prepares bill statement messaging, banners and inserts and coordinates execution with internal and external teams
  • Creates presentation materials, including campaign recaps and performance; Maintains organizational documents, including status reports, timelines, and creative calendars
  • Works with internal and external creative agencies for creative development and content management of channel lineup and rate cards
  • Interfaces daily with cross functional teams including, Marketing, Billing, Product, Operations, Customer Service, Customer Experience, Care, PR, GA, Legal, Logistics and external agencies
  • Proofs creative for informational accuracy, consistency and communication effectiveness
  • Assists on special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, or agency account/project management.
  • Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to perform simultaneous tasks at a high level of effectiveness under pressure in a fast-changing business environment
  • Ability to monitor, interpret, and communicate metrics and performance
  • Experience interfacing with creative agencies/vendors
  • Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with proven ability to give extensive creative and copywriting direction
  • Extremely detailed-oriented, organized and able to multi-task
  • Knowledge of HTML and/or CSS

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$64,260.00-$105,570.00/ year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
