Fitness Instructor - Part Time

What Will You Do?:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Fitness Instructor to join our team! In this role, you will lead cardio, strength, or flexibility-based group exercise classes, helping our members achieve their fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment.
Schedule: Options for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays around the lunch hour, with potential for Saturdays and additional substitute hours.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and effective group exercise classes
- Provide modifications and variations to accommodate all fitness levels
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
- Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere
- Substitute teach other fitness classes as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have or be willing to obtain ACE, NETA, AFAA, or equivalent certifications
- Additional specialty certifications (e.g., indoor cycling, Zumba, Yoga, Piyo, Pilates) preferred
- Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification
- Minimum of 6 months experience leading and/or participating in group exercise classes
- Ability to push and/or pull items weighing up to 20 pounds
