Sales Assistant

This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and requires a strong understanding of sales processes and customer service.

• Assist in providing accurate and efficient quotes, lead times, and product support to customers.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups, to analyze data and provide insights to the sales team.
• Maintain detailed sales trend records to support decision-making.
• Stay updated on new product launches to keep the sales team informed.
• Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent service.
• Identify and suggest improvements to the sales process.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns in accordance with departmental policies.
• Coordinate with the credit department to resolve credit disputes.
• Build strong partnerships with the sales team to consistently exceed customer service expectations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas is required.
• Applicants must have experience in data entry.
• Knowledge of e-Filing systems is necessary.
• Ability to prepare and provide quotes to customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
