Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financials for investment funds and the management company.
• Collaborate on analytical projects, including valuations and comparative analyses.
• Monitor data collection from portfolio companies.
• Support the investor relations team and Limited Partners (LPs).
• Oversee quarterly and annual closings, and prepare financial statements, including drafting quarterly reports for investors.
• Collaborate with Finance and Investor Relations on capital call and distribution allocations, and manage/prepare audit confirmation requests for LPs and portfolio companies.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of in-house fund accounting experience or audit experience in Private Equity**
• CPA license preferred.
• Flexible team player, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and experience in high-performance teams.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with PowerPoint.
