What You’ll Do:
- Manage attorney calendars with precision, ensuring deadlines and case milestones are met.
- Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections, and other key case events.
- Draft and review correspondence to adjusters, clients, mediators, opposing counsel, and judges.
- Prepare legal documents, including motions, notices, and subpoenas, and assist in discovery-related tasks.
- Open, maintain, and close case files while ensuring proper organization and compliance with firm procedures.
- Provide essential administrative support to attorneys and paralegals as needed.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in insurance defense litigation or a related legal field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) is a plus.
- A high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
