Manufacturing Process Associate
Overview:
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Manufacturing Process Associate to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This role requires flexibility to work across multiple areas and other departments, depending on business demands.The successful candidate will support production efficiency, quality control, and safety compliance within each department.
Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment specific to each department.
- Must be able to use standard manufacturing tools (screwdriver, scissors, wrenches, cutting tools, ect.)
- Adhere to safety and environmental protocols for chemical handling and materials management.
- Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each area, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Complete required documentation for production logs, inventory, and quality control in each department.
- Assist in troubleshooting and identifying potential improvements in processes.
- Support cross-training efforts to maintain flexibility and knowledge across departments.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals, adjust priorities, and maintain workflow.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
Three to five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to varied production environments and quickly learn new processes and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in following safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working with PPE.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime or shift changes, based on business needs.
- Proficient in reading and speaking English.
- Willingness to participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Eye protection is necessary while working on shop floor.
