"Some of us are doctors" may be an understatement. We have 13 dedicated DVMs providing outstanding patient care around the clock, and we are ready to hire two Certified Veterinary Technicians to offer overnight support. So, if you are a night owl and a team player with surgical experience, we want to hear from you!
Our overnight CVTs should be ready to:

Full-time schedules typically comprise 3 x12 hr. or 4 x10 hr. shifts per week (average 36-40 hours per week). Our management team of two hospital managers and two DVM chiefs of staff are dedicated to making this hospital a place where our staff feels respected, valued, and supported.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- RVTs must possess a valid Missouri RVT license. New RVTs and new Veterinary Technicians are encouraged to apply.
- Confidence to own tasks and responsibilities to deliver positive outcomes.
- A positive, supportive approach at all times, recognizing that remarkable results are achieved through teamwork and mutual respect.
- Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
- Proficiency in perioperative care
- Competency in emergency and critical care
- Diagnostics - including radiographs, phlebotomy and sample collection, and in-house lab work
- Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff.
- Succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions.
