Responsibilities:

• Ensuring efficient management of the Content Management System (CMS)
• Processing and auditing provider contracts and ancillary requests
• Handling customer service inquiries in a call center environment
• Managing the organization's database and EO/IR systems
• Utilizing Assertion Markup Language for specific tasks
• Coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
• Utilizing Epic Software for various tasks
• Handling coding tasks as per the organization's requirements
• Taking appropriate action on customer accounts as necessary
• Maintaining accurate customer records and processing customer applications efficiently. • Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language is a must for efficient data processing.
• Experience with Content Management System (CMS) is essential for maintaining and updating digital content.
• A strong understanding of databases is required for managing and organizing data effectively.
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary for performing critical tasks related to imaging and sensing.
• Knowledge of Epic Software is required for managing medical records efficiently.
• Proficiency in Ancillary services is essential for supporting the core health services.
• Auditing skills are necessary for ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
