Third Shift Production Supervisor

Ideal candidate will demonstrate proven experience managing a team and be able to successful interact with multiple personalities. Prior manufacturing or extrusion experience is required. Currently managing 10-15 employee but must have the ability to demonstrate forward thinking to project future company growth.

Responsibilities

-Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.-Giving instructions to employees.-Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy-Meeting deadlines-Previous leadership experience-Excellent communication skills-Attention to detail and accuracy-Reliability with high integrity and strong work ethic-Ability to work as part of a team-Professional attitude and interaction with subordinates-Computer literacy-Proactive organizational skills-Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment-Managing the workflow of their employees, and delegating tasks-Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement-Assisting with training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles-Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company's plans and vision.
