My client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a hybrid opportunity for a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate for the Senior Financial Analyst role will be responsible for assisting the finance and accounting department in achieving tasks by managing the annual budget, performing various variance analyses, providing quarterly forecasts, monitoring KPI analyses and overseeing the grant management process.

- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Non-Profit experience, preferred.
- Experience with grants, a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
