We are in search of a Product Support Specialist to join our team in WAPPINGERS FALLS, New York. This role is pivotal in the industry and involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and timely implementations. Responsibilities:

• Drive robust project management processes according to industry best practices and detail-oriented standards.
• Ensure quality and control in all implementations, delivering objectives within agreed constraints on cost, quality, and schedule.
• Clearly articulate the project’s goal, deliverables, and organization roles for all implementations.
• Provide recommendations on configuration for rapid adoption.
• Facilitate comprehensive planning for all parts of the project.
• Report the project status in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and timely implementations.
• Utilize skills in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Cleansing, and Data Mapping to achieve project objectives. • Proven experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Demonstrated ability in Data Cleansing.
• Significant experience with Data Mapping.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of product development processes.
