Loan Processor - Support

We are in search of a diligent and meticulous Loan Processor - Support to join our team based in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role will primarily involve handling customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and managing customer inquiries.
The successful candidate will also monitor customer accounts and initiate necessary actions.
Responsibilities:- Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.
- Maintenance of precise customer credit records.
- Management and resolution of customer inquiries.
- Regular monitoring of customer accounts and taking necessary actions.
- Utilization of Automated Underwriting System and Calyx Point for loan processing.
- Leveraging CRM for customer relationship management and data processing.
- Adherence to closing processes and compliance regulations.
- Regular review and servicing of loan agreements, structures, and products.
- Utilization of Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector (LP) for loan underwriting.
- Handling of different types of loans including but not limited to auto loans, consumer loans, conventional loans, equity loans, FHA loans, and installment loans. • Proficiency in using Automated Underwriting System
- Experience with Calyx and Calyx Point
- Familiarity with CRM and Data Processing
- Knowledge of "About Time" software
- Understanding of Appraisals and Closing Processes
- Strong Communication skills and Compliance awareness
- Experience with various loan types including Approved Loans, Auto Loans, Construction Loans, Construction-to-Permanent Loan, Consumer Loans, Conventional Loans
- Proficiency in using Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector (LP)
- Experience with Equity Loans, FHA Loans, Government Loans, Home Equity Loans, Installment Loan, Installment Loans, Interlibrary Loan
- Knowledge of Jumbo Loans, Leveraged Loans
- Experience as a Licensed Loan Officer and handling Licensed Loans
- Familiarity with Loan Administration, Loan Agreements, Loan Origination
- Knowledge of different Loan Products, Loan Program
- Understanding of Loan Renewal Processes, Loan Review, Loan Servicing
- Proficiency in determining Loan Structure, Loan Underwriting, using Loan Vision, and managing Loan Work-Outs
