Memphis - Marketing Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects across various channels. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Account Director and internal teams (e.g., creative, strategy, media) to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to balance workloads, anticipate resource needs, and manage capacity to avoid bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and status reports.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and clients.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes and workflows.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
- 1+ years of experience in project management (preferably within a marketing or advertising agency), traffic management, or resource management is required. Project Management certifications a plus.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables) and relevant marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience with specific marketing channels (e.g., digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing).
- Strong knowledge of marketing research and data analysis.
- Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
