My client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and bring expertise in HR functions to support employees across all levels of the organization.This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Job Description- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns, policies, and procedures.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution and workplace matters.
- Recruitment and On boarding:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire on boarding and orientation programs in both English and Spanish.
- HR Compliance and Administration:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR records, including personnel files, benefits documentation, and compliance audits.
- Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for employees in English and Spanish.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend learning opportunities for workforce development.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Support payroll processing and address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist in the administration and communication of benefits programs to employees.
- Performance Management:
- Partner with managers to execute performance appraisal processes and provide feedback tools.
- Support the development and implementation of improvement plans when needed.
- HR Programs and Initiatives:
- Assist in the development of company-wide HR initiatives, including employee engagement, wellness programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Collaborate on special projects to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal communication).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
- Experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or similar industry.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
What's on Offer
Target compensation for the Human Resources Generalist is $70,000 - $80,000 base salary + bonus. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
