Bushing Assembler
- Assembly of Bushings: Assemble bushings, including mounting, fitting, and securing parts to meet product specifications.
- Component Inspection: Inspect individual components (e.g., electrical bushings, seals, gaskets) for defects or wear and ensure they meet required specifications before assembly.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure bushings are assembled to exact tolerances and are free of defects, performing tests as needed (e.g., insulation resistance, voltage testing).
- Troubleshooting: Address issues during assembly, identifying problems with components or processes and proposing solutions to improve the final product.
- Documentation: Record and report on assembly progress, including any issues, deviations, or improvements for quality assurance purposes.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures during the assembly process to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and the quality control team to meet production targets and maintain product integrity.

Responsibilities- Operate a rotating piece of equipment with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the facility
- Assist in inventory management and maintain accurate material quantities
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Process requires working with epoxy resins
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 75lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
- working weekends
- Sit Down Forklifts (1 year of experience is required)
