Operations Manager

This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be collaborating closely with the management on company's objectives and KPIs, while also ensuring the smooth running of the company's computer and phone systems.

• Managing daily operations across both domestic and international channels
• Collaborating with the management team on the company's goals, objectives, and key performance indicators
• Monitoring performance against plans and implementing necessary actions to stay on target
• Ensuring timely delivery of products to customers through effective communication with the company factory
• Developing strong internal processes to improve the company's overall supply chain
• Assisting in the creation of annual budgets to support the company's goals and strategy
• Providing leadership to the team and ensuring employees are equipped with necessary tools and reports to succeed in their roles
• Ensuring each department is properly staffed and directed to fulfill its responsibilities
• Maintaining the company's computer and phone systems with the help of external vendors and consultants
• Fostering positive employee relations and maintaining good employee morale.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 7+ years of relevant management experience ideally with an apparel manufacturing company
• 3-5 years of NetSuite experience, with Administrator background
• Advanced Excel and reporting analytical skills with the ability to adapt to new systems
• International operations, logistics, shipping and transportation.
• Strong verbal communication and experience facilitating team-based process improvement activities.
