Our client in the nonprofit space is hiring for a temporary Senior Program Assistant. The contract for this position is expected to last up to 6 months. The essential functions of this position include providing high-level administrative, program, technical and financial support for the departments programs and projects.
The ideal candidate will have numerous years of senior administrative experience with demonstrated high-level technology skills for managing calendars, appointments, and schedules, word processing, spreadsheet, database development/maintenance, and development of presentation materials.

work hours: 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support to managers, directors, or senior level executives
  • Handle advanced scheduling, write and edit reports and correspondence, construct project plans, determine implementation strategies, processes consultant purchase orders, travel vouchers, make hotel and travel arrangements
  • Develop tracking systems for various departmental reports
  • Coordinate department projects
  • Assist in the planning of internal and external conferences/meetings, including handling logistical arrangements and providing on-site support
