We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist to join our client's team and provide outstanding service to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, process orders, and resolve customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails, addressing product inquiries, order status, and account questions in both English and [insert second language].

  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, billing, or other concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure customer requests and orders are fulfilled correctly.

  • Follow up with customers to confirm order details and provide shipping updates.
  • Assist with tracking shipments, handling returns, and processing refunds or exchanges.
  • Participate in continuous training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and system updates.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and [insert second language], with strong verbal and written communication skills in both.
  • Previous experience in customer service or order entry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with order management software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
