We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager in the heart of San Mateo, California. You will be integral in overseeing the firm's administrative tasks, from managing accounting functions to handling inbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall administrative functions of the office to ensure smooth operations.
- Use accounting software systems to manage the firm's financial data accurately.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure the firm's financial health.
- Utilize CRM to maintain and update client data, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries as necessary.
- Conduct general bookkeeping duties to maintain accurate financial records.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Office Management role
- Must have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions
- Must be comfortable answering inbound calls
