Staff Accountant

RYVAN Recruiting is searching for a Staff Accountant (DIRECT HIRE & ONSITE) for our client in Springfield, OH. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting, account analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities: -Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established accounting procedures-Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports-Conduct account analysis and reconciliation on a regular basis-Compile and sort invoices and checks.-Match invoices to work order-Support customer billing-Enter daily key data of financial transactions in database/ERP-Provide accounting and clerical support to company personnel-Assist in the preparation of various accounting statements and financial report-Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations-Preparing monthly sales commissions-Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry and filing
