We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Financials Architect in the professional services industry. The role is based in Lehi, Utah, 84043, United States. As an Oracle Financials Architect, you will be instrumental in implementing, optimizing, and securing Oracle ERP products for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and assist clients through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.
• Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Financial solutions.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages open communication among all engagement team members.
• Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
• Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations.
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of technology to deliver quality work that drives customer satisfaction.
• Lead and supervise teams, including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring, and coaching.
• Optimize client’s technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles.
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role or industry
• Proven expertise in Oracle Financials is required
• Should have a background in professional services
• Proficiency in Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday Payroll is necessary
• Previous experience in consulting is desirable
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities are required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proven track record of designing and implementing Oracle Financials solutions in a professional services environment
• Knowledge of current industry trends and advancements in Oracle Financials
• Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
