Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Structural Welders for projects located in and around Manitowoc, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Fabricate and Weld Steel Structures and Components to Customer Specifications using Applicable WPS and Work Instructions
Inspect Part Prior to Fit and Ensure Proper Alignment
Visually Inspect Joint for Cleanliness and Depth
Weld Flat and Horizontal GMAW, Flux Core
Clean Part after Welding
Operate Overhead Crane
Properly Inspect Rigging Equipment
Complete Operator Signoff, Record Job and Section in Time Matrix
Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 Years of Related Welding Experience or Completion of Welder's Training Program or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
Able to Pass Weld Test
Able to Read Blueprints, Weld Work Instructions, Technical Instructions, and Tape Measure
Basic Mathematics Skills
Ability to Apply Common Sense Understanding to Carry out Instructions furnished in Written, Oral, and/or Diagram Form
Strong Ability to Define Problems, Collect Data, Establish Facts, and Draw Valid Conclusions
