Customer Service Representative

salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Associate
Responsibilities- Respond to and properly route customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Communicate with internal team members regarding customer-related matters.
- Process a high volume of customer orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Answer phones and emails to assist with guest inquiries.
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry and general office support.
- Utilize Sage100 software (training provided if needed).

- MS Office (2 years of experience is preferred)
