We currently have an opportunity for a Project Scheduler in Miami FL. In this role, the Project Scheduler will manage bid proposals and oversee multiple projects throughout their duration.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare construction bid schedules
  • Monitor and update daily progress reports; prepare monthly reports
  • Supervise and review all existing projects for accurate status
  • Develop scheduling support for time extensions and impact delays-Time Impact Analysis
  • Work with Project Managers and Engineers to control each project, identifying adverse turned or schedule slippage and recommending corrective action
  • Research, analyze, and prepare project impact documentation for mitigation
  • Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Thorough understanding of Primavera6 Scheduling software
  • Basic knowledge of construction projects including bridges, DOT roadway work, and infrastructure
  • Experience with planning and scheduling, validation, commissioning, cost control, claims, and estimating

Skills:

  • - - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
