We currently have an opportunity for a Project Scheduler in Miami FL. In this role, the Project Scheduler will manage bid proposals and oversee multiple projects throughout their duration.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction bid schedules
- Monitor and update daily progress reports; prepare monthly reports
- Supervise and review all existing projects for accurate status
- Develop scheduling support for time extensions and impact delays-Time Impact Analysis
- Work with Project Managers and Engineers to control each project, identifying adverse turned or schedule slippage and recommending corrective action
- Research, analyze, and prepare project impact documentation for mitigation
- Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Thorough understanding of Primavera6 Scheduling software
- Basic knowledge of construction projects including bridges, DOT roadway work, and infrastructure
- Experience with planning and scheduling, validation, commissioning, cost control, claims, and estimating
Skills:
- - - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
