Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies that align with market trends.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads and manage client interactions.
- Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic planning capabilities that drive long-term growth initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship building.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Shipping Samples to clients
- Food industry/Manufacturing experience is a plus
