The workplace consists of a team of attorneys, legal assistants, and law clerks, where you will be expected to manage your tasks independently.

• Facilitate the smooth running of litigation processes by scheduling depositions, filing motions, and issuing subpoenas
• Handle client relations and communication efficiently
• Manage the calendar of the attorney you are supporting to ensure all appointments and deadlines are met
• Order and analyze medical records as required for cases
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Case Management Software for efficient work output
• Take charge of claim administration and billing functions
• Respond to discovery requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Leverage your skills in Personal Injury Litigation and Medical Record Abstraction
• Proactively manage your desk and ensure all tasks are completed without needing much direction
• Thrive in a high-pressure environment and handle a busy caseload effectively. • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is required for effective document handling and management.
• Familiarity with Case Management Software to efficiently manage and track legal cases.
• Ability to perform Billing Functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
• Proficiency in Calendar Management, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are accurately tracked.
• Experience in Claim Administration, managing all aspects of insurance claims.
• Demonstrated ability in Client Relations, maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
• Strong Communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Personal Injury Litigation, being able to handle such cases effectively.
• Experience in Medical Record Abstraction, extracting essential information from complex medical records.
• Proficiency in Medical Records Analysis, interpreting and extracting key data from medical records.
