Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This role will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions, helping to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support financial modeling efforts to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing financial presentations for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
