Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the creative team to develop and execute visually stunning digital assets for a variety of clients. You will be responsible for designing engaging content for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and digital advertising.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create on-brand, high-quality visuals that drive engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design digital assets including website layouts, social media posts, online advertisements, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce innovative visual content that aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual design components to support digital projects.
- Ensure consistency across all design elements and deliverables in line with the brand’s visual identity.
- Stay current with the latest design trends and technology to bring fresh ideas to digital campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agency environment.
- Revise, update, and refine designs based on client feedback and team input.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (web, social, ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Experience with UX/UI design and creating responsive web layouts is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.
- Proven experience in creating advertisements and promotional materials.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality graphics and designs.
