Sr. Business Analyst

We are in search of a Sr. Business Analyst to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the integration of new API systems and overseeing a team of Business Analysts. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of new API systems with various vendors, with a key focus on software integrations.
• Use Atlassian Jira in a custom environment to manage project tasks and workflows.
• Supervise and provide mentorship to a team of Business Analysts.
• Create workflow documentation and visual presentations using Vizio.
• Collaborate effectively with the project team, utilizing Monday.com and Project Management Software for planning and tracking tasks. • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking.
• Experienced in CRM usage and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Proficient in AB Testing methods to optimize the business process.
• Solid experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Deep knowledge of Business Process Functions and their implementation.
• Ability to develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
• Experience in Claim Administration practices.
• Proficiency in using Project Management Software for scheduling, tracking and reporting.
• Experience in API management and understanding of API specifications.
