The Successful Applicant
A successful Estimator - Preconstruction Manager should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Profound knowledge of construction processes and materials.
