Responsibilities
  • Advise union members on their benefit options and eligibility requirements.
  • Assist in the enrollment process and provide ongoing support to ensure members' needs are met.
  • Collaborate with union leaders to ensure compliance with benefit agreements.
  • Conduct information sessions to educate members about their benefits.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide timely, accurate information regarding benefits and programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and benefit enrollments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, union agreements, and changes in benefit laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in benefits management or working with union organizations is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex benefit information in a relatable manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional service.
