salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- supervise maintenance staff across multiple shifts, ensuring timely and high-quality service for vehicles and equipment.
- Work closely with the Equipment Maintenance Manager to meet all operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements (as applicable).
- Assist with procurement of parts and tools and maintain accurate records related to service, repair, and inventory.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure effective maintenance operations, and address any safety or equipment issues promptly.
- Be ready to respond to emergencies 24/7, keeping equipment downtime to a minimum.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience, including supervising union personnel.
- Experience with a wide range of equipment, from balers to landfill machinery.
- Knowledge of DOT compliance, CHP B.I.T. Inspections, and out-of-service criteria.
- Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- High school diploma (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and Class B Commercial Drivers' License within 6 months of hire.
