Systems Analyst

This role will also involve providing analytical support to various teams and utilizing people metrics reporting to influence decision making.

• Oversee the maintenance and administration of the HRIS applications and modules independently and accurately
• Ensure the optimal function of the HRIS through installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades
• Collaborate with HR disciplines on the design, selection, implementation, or modification of HRIS modules or fields requirements
• Conduct data audits to maintain system data integrity
• Provide support to the HR team and wider business through data-driven analysis
• Utilize people metrics reporting to influence decision making
• Utilize advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI for data management and reporting
• Leverage skills in Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, IBM, and Linux Technologies for system management
• Apply knowledge of AB Testing, Active Directory, Agile Scrum, and Backup Technologies for system optimization
• Interpret and document business requirements. • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, IBM, and Linux Technologies
• Experience with AB Testing and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and Backup Technologies
• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents
• Knowledge of the financial services industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve complex issues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Previous experience as a Systems Analyst in the financial services industry is preferred.
