Vehicle Delivery Specialist Lexus

The Vehicle Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales and aftersales processes.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Keep track of daily deliveries, assist salespeople, and thoroughly explain all the features of vehicles to clients.
• Address client issues in a timely and effective manner; be available by phone and in the dealership to assist with any technological issues.
• Travel to clients homes as necessary for at-home deliveries and technology tutorials.
• Assist in dealer swaps when needed.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Lexus products, services, and processes through on-the-job-training to answer customer questions effectively and promote a high quality Lexus image.
• Assist in ensuring the safe and proper maintenance and use of physical resources such as exterior display and parking, showroom area, display systems, and demonstrator vehicles.
• Perform physical functions accurately and on time by actively listening and carefully following instructions and procedures.

PAY RANGE: $55,000 - 65,000 ANNUALLY (Range consists of hourly plus commission)

• Knowledgeable about Lexus Products and Services.
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to go above customer expectations.
• Automotive/Dealership experience a plus.
• Technologically savvy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. By phone, in-person, and email/text.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks on schedule.
• Proficient in Google Email, Sheets, Calendar.
• Must be 21 or older and must have a clean/valid New York State Drivers License.
