Diesel Tech/Production Operator Blend - First Shift in Perrysburg - Toledo

This position requires both technical expertise and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on diesel engines and related systems
• Conduct routine maintenance on diesel equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections
• Assist in production operations, including blending and processing materials as required
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively to ensure high-quality work
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with diesel engines or in a similar role
• Knowledge of diesel engine systems and repair techniques
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work the First Shift and flexible hours
