Director of Pricing Analyst
Robert Half is a leading staffing and consulting firm, dedicated to providing businesses with top talent and innovative solutions to drive success. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Pricing and Revenue Optimization to join our clients growing accounting team.
Position Overview:
As the Director of Pricing and Revenue Optimization, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and revenue growth for our clients. You will lead a team of pricing professionals, utilizing your expertise in financial analysis, pricing strategies, and project management to drive results and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in pricing and revenue management.
- Lead and develop pricing strategies to support small and large retail acquisitions, ensuring timely product inventory and pricing changes for operational success.
- Lead key projects as needed to drive revenue optimization initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field required; MBA highly preferred.
- 7 years + of experience in Pricing, Financial Analysis, including exposure to monthly accounting close and ERP systems.
- Experience in building and/or managing price elasticity models and cost models.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a passion for identifying opportunities and solving complex problems innovatively.
- Track record of building or directing the development of business intelligence and data tools to identify revenue and gross margin opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in leading and managing a team.
