education: High School

• Evaluates the quality, productivity and -reliability of equipment on the manufacturing line and leads continuous improvement actions.
• Lead training and execution of plant level improvement initiatives in accordance with facility goals and newly publish corporate continuous improvement standards.
• Assist with new product development, modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Oversee training program for production operators for all locations to ensure knowledge sharing and learning opportunities.
• Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures to avoid equipment failures
• Analyze root cause of equipment failures and propose corrective actions
• Assist in the specification and installation of process equipment
• Provide 24 x 7 support to troubles shoot equipment issues
• Provide technical support for internal and external request
• Maintain and repair facility equipment
• Performs other assigned duties as required.
